Fitness Instructor | Bungee Super Fly

All types of Dance movement has been a very integral part of my childhood and adult life. As an ex-dancer, a wife and mom of three boys, I felt I was craving to get back that freedom of movement again - that’s when I found my way to Bungee Fitness! I completed my course in Amsterdam with Bungee Super Fly and truly love what I do. 

Apart from a fun workout, Bungee helps my students in more ways than one! It helps them to let go of their insecurities and feel invincible; it allows them to gain trust and apply themselves in movements they didn’t even think were still possible! The benefits of Bungee fitness continue to reveal themselves every single day.

In the studio, the harness is my partner, it’s my safe space, it allows me to express myself and the possibilities are limitless! From beginner classes to HIT workouts, I aim to always have fun and to be a pillar of support to my students.


Jade Theron

After studying personal training, Jade found a love for suspended fitness and all its benefits.

Combining her love for an aerial hammock and pilates, Jade developed pilates air, a program designed to follow Pilates principles and make most reformer’s exercise affordable and accessible.

Jade believes in boosting one’s confidence through movement.
