  • Who can participate and are there any restrictions?

    Bungee Workout is a rigorous, high-cardio exercise that uses the resistance of the bungee cord.

    Participants must be in good health. Expectant mothers or those who gave birth recently (natural birth in the last 6 months or cesarean section in the last 12 months) should not participate in the workout.

    You must not have any current injuries or recent surgeries (no surgeries in the past 6 months).

  • Is there a weight or size limit?

    Yes, we do have weight and measurement limits for our clients’ safety and comfort.

    Bungee: with adjusting sizes from size XXS – XXL, The bungee is best adjustable for people with a bodyweight from 20kg to 150kg with a height adjust from 2.50m to 6.00m.

    If you do not meet these requirements, you will not be able to participate in class.

  • Is there an age requirement?

    All classes have a minimum age requirement of 5 years of age (as long as they can fit into the harness).

  • What should I wear?

    As you would dress for the gym. Comfort is key!

  • Can I take a Bungee Workout during or after pregnancy?

    You must not take a Bungee Workout class if you are pregnant. You should also only participate in Bungee Workout 6 months after natural childbirth or 12 months after having a caesarean section.
